What size should I buy?

If you are unsure about which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Is engraving available on MIRACLE?

Our machine engraving service is only available when the product has enough space for engraving, and this service is subject to a fee.

How much does engraving cost?

This service includes up to ten letters, depending on the available space on your jewellery, and is subject to a fee of HKD150 per item.

Will my MIRACLE purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All MIRACLE purchases come in our signature pink gift box packaging.

How do I place an order on MIRACLE?

Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be applied and added during checkout.

Can I track my online order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details. If your order results in more than one shipment, you will receive multiple email acknowledgments.

May I return an engraved item?

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned to MIRACLE.

Care

How do I care for my jewelry?

To prevent discoloration and possible disintegration of gold jewellery, avoid exposing it to household bleach. Additionally, take care to protect your jewellery from hard and abrasive surfaces, as even diamonds can chip if hit with enough force or at the right angle.
Delicate stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite, and tourmaline are especially vulnerable to abrasion. Enamel can also chip or scratch if struck. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear
away at precious metals, so avoid stacking rings and bracelets that are vulnerable to such abrasion. Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning, and household chemicals can also damage jewellery.

How should I clean my diamonds and gemstones?

To clean your MIRACLE diamonds and gemstones, use the MIRACLE Jewellery Care Kit and follow the included instructions and warnings. For delicate gemstones, use a soft brush with a solution of mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean, soft cloth

Can my MIRACLE jewelry get wet?

Although most MIRACLE jewellery can withstand water exposure with little to no impact, we recommend removing all MIRACLE jewellery before engaging in the following activities:

  • Household and outdoor chores
  • Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
  • Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
  • Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
  • Preparing meals
