Step 2 Quotation
After reciving your artwork, we'll provide you a quotation within 1-3days.
Step 3 Design Confirmation
Upon you confirmation with the quotation, we'll create 3D renderings to visualize your piece for you to confirm the final design.
Step 4 Processing
It takes 14-21days to process your jewellery.
Step 5 Pack and Deliver
We'll send you a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
FAQ
I DONT KNOW HOW TO DRAW BUT I HAVE AN IDEA IN MY MIND
You don't have to give us a perfect drawing, you can simply sketch it roughly or explain most of your idea in words.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FIRST?
After confirming the quotation, we will request a 50% deposit prior to producing 3D renderings of your design.
WHEN DO I GET TO SEE THE 3D DESIGN?
The time it takes may vary and depends on the complexity of your design. Typically, it takes 3-7 days.
WHEN SHOULD I PAY THE BALANCE
After confirming with the 3D design, we'll request the remaining 50% balance prior to starting the processing of your jewellery.
CAN I CHANGE TO A NEW DESIGN IN THE MIDDLE?
You can change your idea before we start rendering the 3D picture. After that, we can only make small tweaks base on the main structure. Otherwise, we will have to charge a HKD500 rendering fee due to changes or cancellations of the design.
